CACI, a 50-year-old company with FY 2011 revenue of $3.6 billion and 14,000 employees worldwide, just posted an interesting article on their website: “CACI’s Innovative Recruiting Methods Are a Model of Strategic Growth.”
According to Dan Allen, President of U.S. Operations at CACI International Inc., "CACI's success in matching workforce planning methods to our business strategy is contributing significantly to our growth momentum. Our strong recruiting programs are a key reason why we continue to win business in well-funded market areas."
Larry Clifton, CACI’s Senior Vice President of Recruiting, Workforce Planning and Development, and Paul Cofoni, CACI’s President and CEO, are also quoted in the article.
The article includes a link to a workspanTV interview with my Axiom Consulting Partners colleague, Juan Pablo Gonzalez, who discusses how CACI has aligned strategy and organization and improved its resiliency in the face of shifting market forces.
As CACI demonstrates, when a company’s leaders are aligned around strategy, organization and talent, great things can happen.
